It’s fun, it’s rewarding, it’s your chance to meet some great people and to support the arts!

South End Open Studios draws over 8,000 people to the neighborhood. We have three information areas that provide an entry point for many of our visitors. We staff these areas with volunteers who direct visitors to various buildings, answer general questions about the South End

We provide complete written information and a brief orientation session on site. Shifts last for four hours and there are always at least two people staffing each information location.

We really, really need your help. South End Open Studios is a project of United South End Artists. Not only do we all volunteer our time to make Open Studios happen, we then need to be in our own studios so we can share our work with the public. It is a dilemma.

Please take a look at the Volunteer Form and, if you can spare a few hours, get it back to us no later than Wednesday, September 6th. We will confirm your shift by Friday, September 8th.
